The Writing An Inventory Of New Ideas And The World Of...

During the writing process, as a form of support, people often use different methods that help them in organizing and developing ideas. Among all writing strategies, one of the most important and useful for me in the writing process is Prewriting or Discovering. As a matter of fact, this strategy is fundamental in the development of new ideas and obtaining adequate results. We can base this criterion on the perspectives I will explain below. Pre-writing is a work of thought that installs the writer in the task of planning the text. This work is mental, intellectual, and takes place within a real and concrete time span. It can occupy minutes, hours, or longer periods depending on the complexity of the task and the cognitive styles of each writer. And it is, also, a work of writing, before as at this point are built notes, links of ideas, concept maps, synopsis, and other techniques that are appropriate to jointly organize the world of ideas and the world of language. In the pre-writin g an inventory is settled organized within the text, decisions are made on the course that will take the subject, and on the suitability to the environment and the audience. Often, prewriting contains techniques such as brainstorming and clustering, which allow the writer a broad sense of direction in relation to his ideas. In my specific case, when I start to write a paper, the clustering technique is of great help since it allows me to focus and clarify my ideas.
